Without the support of the generous people who give their time, resources and monetary assistance we would really be struggling to cover the care and veterinary expenses of the German Shepherds who have found themselves in an unfortunate situation.  Below are those who support the work that we do.

In October 2017 The German Shepherd Rescue Trust entered into a sponsorship agreement with Hill’s Pet Nutrition. We are very grateful for their recognition of our efforts to save needy German Shepherd Dogs. By feeding Hill’s Science Diet we can ensure that dogs awaiting adoption have the nutrition they need to be healthy, happy and ready to start their new life with you.  http://www.hillspet.co.nz/  and visit their facebook page  https://www.facebook.com/HillsPetNutritionNZ

Nose To Tail Dogwash

Nose to Tail Dog Wash – situated in Bush Rd, Albany have been fantastic in their support to our rescue dogs. As you can imagine the state some of these dogs come into care is absolutely shocking and to be able to use the facilities provided by Kath and her team at Nose to Tail makes this so much easier on ourselves and the dogs. Some have needed extraordinary measures to get them looking anywhere near the magnificent breed they are and the friendly service, always managing to fit us in no matter how busy they are, shows their committement to these unfortunate dogs. PetWorkz

Forrest Hill Veterinary Clinic, for being available so many times at very short notice.  The dedicated Vets, Mike Small (GSDR Trustee), Kevin O’Meara, Louise Spence &  Nursing Staff, particularly Kathy Waugh, are the most amazing people and we thank them for their continued support of the GSDs that come into their care.

AnimatesPets On The NetPets on the Net – a wonderful resource for locating forever families.  In the early days of rescue, pre our own website PetsontheNet enabled us to promote the need  and find loving homes for our favoured breed.

Our wonderful families who foster for us, even though some foster’s never left their foster home.  Without your valuable assistance so many of these dogs would never had had a chance.

To all those kind people who are now providing monthly donations to the Trust.
